How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

At FGC, we appreciate your business, and our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As such, most orders placed before 7:00 pm will be delivered the same day.

While we offer same-day delivery for the products available in our stores, products sourced from other suppliers will be delivered to you the next working day or within 3-5 working days.

As a special courtesy, our delivery department will inform you of the estimated delivery time after you have placed your order. If you’d like, you can always confirm your delivery time by contacting us before placing an order.

We work hard to ensure that your order will be delivered within the timeframe promised. However, sometimes due to high volumes of orders or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery of your order may occasionally be delayed. Please be assured that we will do our best to minimize these delays.

Do you offer free delivery?

Orders above KWD 20.000 are delivered free of charge.

Which carrier(s) do you use for international deliveries?

In order to ensure that you receive the best service for your location, we use Aramex and DHL for international deliveries. Orders shipped outside of Kuwait will typically be delivered within 3-5 working days. Please note, however, that we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs.

Refund/Exchange Policy

What should I do if I need to exchange my product(s) or request a refund?

We stand by our products, and we are confident that you’ll love your purchase. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to exchange your order or issue you a refund. Please telephone us or contact us on WhatsApp at +965 55550640 to initiate a refund or exchange.

Perfumes can be exchanged or returned within 24 hours of purchase.

Wallets and bags can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.

When returning your product(s), please adhere to the following:

The price tag must not be removed from the product(s), and the invoice must be included with the returned order.

The product(s) must be returned to us undamaged and in perfect condition.

Perfumes, of course, must be unused and cannot be exchanged if the factory seal has been broken.

How will my payment be refunded?

If payment has been made via credit card or PayPal, the total amount of your purchase will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account within 15 business days. Please contact your credit card company or PayPal first if you have any questions or experience any issues.

Who pays for delivery charges for the return of products?

The customer will be required to pay delivery charges for the return of any product(s).
